Thousands of Probe, Serco and Concentrix workers across the country answer the ATO’s phone lines – but you’re paid significantly less than ATO employees. The CPSU has made an application to the Fair Work Commission under the “Same Job Same Pay” laws. These laws aim to lift the pay of labour hire workers like you.
