Disability leave is not a perk. It's a workplace right.

Disability leave at the NDIA only exists in policy. It can be altered or removed at any time by leadership, policy direction, or government. This is an unacceptable risk for NDIA workers who rely on this leave to better manage their work, life, and disability.

In this round of bargaining, CPSU members are seeking to secure disability leave in the Enterprise Agreement, making it a protected workplace right that cannot be reduced or removed.
