CPSU petition - It's time for secure disability leave

Disability leave is not a perk. It's a workplace right and should be available to all APS workers with disability.

In the previous round of APS bargaining, CPSU members won life-changing paid disability leave at a number of APS agencies. This leave only exists in policy, and is not available at all APS agencies.

In this round of bargaining, CPSU members are seeking to secure disability leave in the APS Enterprise Agreement, so that it is available to all APS workers with disability, and protected as a right that cannot be changed or removed by leadership, policy direction, or Government.

By adding your name to this petition you're helping to secure 10 days of paid disability leave in the Enterprise Agreement so that it's available across the APS, and protected for the future.
